Delivery and Collection Times

FOR HOME HIRE OR NON-HIRED VENUES AND UNMANNED EQUIPMENT HIRE

Drop off’s are before 12pm and collections after 4pm but with a minimum 6 hour hire period. This allows us to sensibly plan our routes around the Island and also allows you to have a core party time between 12pm and 4pm when you know the equipment will be setup and with you.

Delivery - between 8am and 12pm (noon)

Collection - between 4pm and 7pm

Your core party times are between 12pm and 4pm but with an average 6 hour hire period.

Late Hire is available for adult suitable units ONLY and is chargeable at £15ph flat rate up until 10pm and subject to available time slots.

Overnight Hire is available for adult units ONLY, at our discretion and only to secure locations as deemed by us. False or misleading information about the security of the setup site may result in the withdrawal of overnight hire as an option on the day. Overnight hire is a flat £50 charge.

'Day HIre' is the term that refers to the four hour period between 12pm and 4pm which are your core party times. We will always aim to give you an average 6 hour hire period and consistently deliver this to our customers.

FOR HIRED VENUES/HALLS AND WEDDINGS

We arrive for setting up at a prearranged with you time and repeat this for collection. We strongly recommend an hour either side of your party or event is reserved for setting up and packaging away however for a single inflatable 30 minutes either side of your event is usually sufficient, access restrictions dependant. For dry hire (an unmanned option) drop off and collection times must be between 7am and 7pm on the day of the hire.

PLEASE NOTE INFLATABLES MUST BE SETUP ONLY ON REAL GRASS AREAS FOR OUTDOOR HIRE. FOR INDOOR HIRE ON A HARD SURFACE THE AREA MUST BE CLEAN, DRY AND A NON-ABRASIVE SURFACE.
