We hired equipment including a large slide and Didi Cars for our charity event. We have also hired the Santa's Grotto at Christmas on two occasions where we also were able to have some amazing balloon displays and balloon drops and again at Halloween twice as well. Jon is professional, helpful and friendly. He even created a racetrack for the Didi cars using equipment already available in the hall. He really knows his stuff when it comes to safety, we were very impressed. We would highly recommend JJ's Parties and Events and will definitely be continuing to use his services again and again in the future.

Face Painting Party - Just wanted to give you feedback about Lucy. She was brilliant, professional and really good at her job. I don’t believe she was free for even a minute for the 120 minutes! She even stayed an extra 5 minutes so all the kids could get extra tattoos and Paints. Absolutely a 5 star review.

Nicki Ford - Performance In People - I just wanted to say a massive thank you for last Friday. We had a brilliant day and all the games worked out so well. We have had such positive feedback from everyone that attended the day. The IPS Fast Hands game definitely stole the show for many people (myself included 😊, even if I did lose a few bets).

We’ve used JJ’s twice now. First time was for a bouncy castle and giant outdoor games at our wedding and the second for soft play and Didi cars at our daughters christening and birthday party. Both times their service has gone above and beyond with supplying us exactly what we want and more. They are always so friendly and happy to answer any queries and I never have any worries about booking with them. I’d always recommend them both because of the great variety of products they offer for hire and because of their levels of service.

Jon arrived dead on the time he said he would too set up my sons animal soft play, the soft play was clean and Perfect for a 3 year olds party again on pick up time he arrived on time cleaned it all down before taking it away I would now always use JJs for party’s in future Jon is professional and really pleasant to deal with made it all so simple to book

Attended the inflatable day and it was fab!! Money well spent! My daughter had a fab time running from castle to castle to didi cars for the full hour and a half! We also loved the added touch of the ballon twisting and the fact there were no hidden extra costs. The snacks were perfect for the kiddies and a great price to. You often find you pay above the odds for snacks when at similar events but appreciated that they were so reasonable priced. Very well organised, busy but not to busy, great fun for the children and a great idea for such a rainy day! Will definitely be booking again should you hold a similar event. Thank you.

I took my son to an event at Carisbrooke castle today where JJ’s bouncy castles were - after becoming a little upset when my 4 year old son who has additional needs (that aren’t obvious to others) was on his way to a meltdown, they were brilliant and helped me out and made me feel so much better, wasn’t anything big but it was to me! so I just wanted to say thank you! The guy also mentioned he is doing a course in Understanding Autism which is brilliant (another bounce event we attended recently had zero knowledge of this sort of thing) and it goes a long way xx

I can’t rate JJ’s highly enough. We had a booking and the weather looked dodgy at best! Jon phoned to explain their regulations and the options available should we not be able to have inflatables on the day, he was clear calm and reassuring that I wouldn’t have 30 children with no entertainment! 5 out of 5 stars! In Aug 2018 Jon created the most amazing soft-play area for the Autism friendly holiday- Freedom Families at East Dene Mansion, Bonchurch near Ventnor. Jon’s professionalism went above and beyond anything I could of expected, from when I contacted him and told him of our idea and our Snowdon Challenge fundraising, to checking in everyday of the 6 days to make sure that his amazing equipment & the environment was safe to use and we were happy. He was so supportive and genuinely cared that the area was safe, sensory stimulating and inclusive enough for all of the children, teens and adults with Autism to use together. Bouncy Castle party for 100 kids, outside venue, called JJ's Bouncy Castles. Jon from JJ's turned up on time, took over the total planning, answered worries and concerns. Solved all issues with power on site. Visited site 3 times, really enthusiastic about the party. Kept us informed at all stages. Set up site on time. Had a blip with power, NOT HIS FAULT, after he left, easily contactable by phone, clear instructions to fix, problem solved within minutes. Site visit by Jon's sidekick to check everything again and make sure everything was okay. Party was huge success. Turned up on time to clear site, left site spotless. We hired JJ's for our sons 4th birthday and as always the service was very friendly and professional. We hired a bouncy castle for all ages and the farm soft play for the under 5 yrs, this worked perfectly! Also because we had some older children (up to 12yrs) we used the emotion soft play, these were great!! We hired the Santa's Grottofor our school Christmas Fair and it was amazing! The children loved it and it was so much easier than decorating a classroom. Fantastic service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you JJ's Bouncy Castles!

Fabulous service and excellent soft play equipment! Such a professional and kind business always. The children at my daughter's 2nd birthday party LOVED it and were thoroughly entertained for 2 hrs . The didi cars were a must and would highly recommend them as well as soft play and also castles which I have hired before. Thanks so much again and shall call in the summer for a castle.
