Party Setup Space - Important

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have enough space for your party setup. The size of the inflatable is not the same as the safe setup space required. If you are unsure then you can check using the ‘Size’ tab on the product page or you can contact us directly. Make sure you have measured your setup area prior to calling. Please take into account overhead obstructions when measuring your space as well as any structures or obstacles that encroach on the ground space. For example; trees, washing lines, flag poles, fences, raised flower/vegetable beds, bird baths, garden ornaments etc.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any underground pipes or cables prior to setup. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused from ground anchors penetrating the ground and hitting unknown objects.

Ground surface for outdoor setup should be laid to lawn and cut to a low enough level that sharp objects, animal faeces and other undesirable elements cannot be hidden by long grass.

Ground level should not slope more than 3 degrees in order to comply with current safety requirements.

Access to the setup space should be 3-4ft in width depending on the equipment hired, access to the setup space should be unimpeded and level ground. If access to the setup area involves going up/down steps or a bank or across gravel then you will need to let us know prior to arrival. We allow enough time to arrive and setup our equipment and not informing us of any restrictions to access will have a knock on effect for other parties that day and eventually yours if we find ourselves having to return to collect sooner.

Non essential persons should not interfere with the access route to the setup area or the setup area itself whilst we are setting up our equipment and children should be kept supervised and at a safe distance to prevent injury. Some of the equipment we use is heavy and we will not attempt to access the setup space if it is likely (as deemed by us) to cause damage or injury to our staff, equipment or potentially cause harm to others.

In addition it is expected that the space for setting up is no more than 20 meters from the mains power supply. It is the responsibility of you, the hirer, to inform us if this distance is going to be greater than 20 meters. We are unable to connect the power supply to an extension lead.

Any generators supplied by you must be of sufficient power to run the inflatable. We will not connect to low power supplies that could damage our electrical equipment and could cause injury to users through under-inflation.

If we arrive to set up and there is insufficient or inadequate space for access and a safe setup or the setup area is unsuitable you will not receive your party setup and you will still be charged the full price for the hire.
