UPDATED May 5th 2020 - HIRES are currently still CLOSED. As a responsible and safety paramount company we made the decision to stop all hires at the start of lockdown until further notice. You can still make a booking for June 2020 onwards, but please note the booking will greatly depend on Government Restrictions. If you currently have a booking in place in our diary we are aware and will update you as and when government guidelines change.
Hello to all of our customers and we hope you are staying safe during this unprecedented worldwide lockdown. At this time we are following government advice and are not currently able to deliver party and equipment hire however, we are still able to take bookings in our diary but will only be able to start fulfilling booking obligations again once the restrictions are lifted. Online bookings can currently be made now with an expected hire start date of 1st June. Bookings will not be able to be made prior to this date and the date may be revised following government guidelines.
Prior to the start of the lockdown we put in place a procedure for contact free hiring of equipment and also had special measures in place for ensuring the restriction of transmission from the covid-19 virus on our equipment. In addition we also included an anti viral disinfectant to our arsenal of cleaning products for added assurance and cleanliness of equipment. PPE including gloves and facemasks for our staff is also part of that process. Should the lifting of restrictions require it then we are prepared to continue to exercise these added procedures and any other additional requirements for as long as is required and for the safety of ourselves and our customers.
